Dr. Kayla Leverance

Dr. Kayla Leverance grew up in Oshkosh, Wisconsin with her parents and three younger sisters. She attended the University of Wisconsin River Falls for her degree in Animal Science with a minor in Spanish and Chemistry. She then went on to pursue her doctorate of veterinary medicine at the University of Minnesota graduating in 2024. Dr. Leverance worked at Blue Cross Animal Hospital as a veterinary student and enjoyed the clinic so much she joined the team as a veterinarian after graduation.

In her free time, Dr. Leverance enjoys spending time with friends and family and attending church. She loves to travel and be outside in nature including hiking, camping, hammocking, and visiting national parks. Dr. Leverance is excited to adopt a dog this coming summer and bring him/her on all of her future adventures. Some of her other hobbies she enjoys include reading, painting, rock climbing and swing dancing.
